Article 2 — Access to the Service and Registration

2.1 Access conditions

Access to the Service is reserved for individuals who are of legal age (18 years or older) or for legal entities duly represented. The User declares that they have the legal capacity required to accept these ToS.

2.2 Account creation

Registration for the Service is done via:

  • Creating an account with an email address and password; or
  • Single sign-on (SSO) via GitHub or Google.

The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, and to keep this information current throughout their use of the Service.

2.3 Credential security

The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. They agree to immediately notify the Publisher at hello@neoservice.ai in the event of loss, theft, or any unauthorized use of their Account.

2.4 Free trial

A free trial period is offered upon registration, the duration of which varies depending on the chosen Plan. Upon expiration of the trial, the subscription becomes paid in accordance with the Terms of Sale, unless the User has previously cancelled.

Article 3 — Description of the Service

3.1 Desktop application

The TransHub AI desktop application (available on macOS, Windows, and Linux) offers the following features:

  • SSH and SFTP server management
  • Dual-pane file browser for local and remote file management
  • Integrated SSH terminal
  • Local terminal
  • Integrated AI chat (via locally installed Claude, Gemini, Codex clients)

3.2 Web dashboard

The web dashboard (https://app.transhubai.com) provides:

  • User Account management
  • Registration and login via SSO (GitHub, Google)
  • Management of devices associated with the Account
  • Management of Organization members (Business Plan)

3.3 Remote access (tunnel relay)

The Service offers a remote access feature allowing the desktop application to be controlled from a web browser via an encrypted WebSocket relay. Data transiting through the relay is end-to-end encrypted and no file content is stored by the relay server.

3.4 Cloud synchronization

Cloud synchronization allows server configurations and settings to be synchronized across devices associated with the Account. SSH passwords and private keys are encrypted via electron.safeStorage (AES-256) before any transfer and are never transmitted in plaintext.

3.5 Integrated MCP server

The Service integrates a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes SSH capabilities to compatible artificial intelligence tools (such as Claude). The User is solely responsible for how they use this integration.

3.6 CLI tool

The command-line tool (@transhub/cli) allows SSH operations, file transfers, and MCP server execution from a terminal.

Article 4 — User Obligations

4.1 Lawful use

The User agrees to use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including Swiss law and, where applicable, European Union law.

4.2 Use of SSH access

The User is solely responsible for the SSH and SFTP access they configure in the Service. They specifically agree to:

  • Only connect to servers on which they have the necessary access rights;
  • Not use the Service to gain unauthorized access to third-party computer systems;
  • Not use the Service for unlawful activities, including computer hacking, fraud, distribution of malware, or any other activity contrary to the law;
  • Comply with the terms of use of third-party servers to which they connect.

4.3 Responsibility for third-party servers

The Publisher provides an SSH management and connection tool. The User expressly acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the third-party servers they connect to via the Service, their administration, their security, and the data they contain. The Publisher cannot be held liable for any damage caused on or by third-party servers.

4.4 Prohibited conduct

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to circumvent the Service's security measures;

The Service, its components (source code, interface, trademarks, logos, documentation) are the exclusive property of Neoservice Sàrl or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 License of use

The Service is distributed under a Sustainable Use License. This license grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service, under the conditions set forth by said license and these ToS. The User may only use the Service under a valid subscription and for their own needs.

5.3 User content

The User retains ownership of all data, files, and content they manage via the Service. The Publisher claims no ownership rights over such content.

Article 6 — Service Availability and Maintenance

The Publisher endeavors to keep the Service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, update, or reasons beyond the Publisher's control. The Publisher commits to informing Users of scheduled maintenance where possible. It reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt all or part of the Service without notice in cases of urgent technical or security necessity.

Article 7 — Limitation of Liability

7.1 Nature of the Service

TransHub AI is an SSH/SFTP infrastructure management and connection tool. The Publisher provides a tool; the User is solely responsible for their use of it, the servers they connect to, and the data they handle.

7.2 Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Publisher does not warrant that the Service will meet all of the User's requirements, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7.3 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, the Publisher's total liability to the User, for any reason, is limited to the amounts actually paid by the User for the Service during the three (3) months preceding the occurrence of the damage. In no event shall the Publisher be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of customers, or reputational harm.

7.4 Force majeure

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for failures in its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, as defined by Swiss law.

Article 8 — Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by the User

The User may terminate their Account at any time from the Account settings on the web dashboard or by contacting the Publisher at hello@neoservice.ai. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

  • Non-payment of amounts due;
  • Abusive use of the Service likely to harm the Publisher or other users.

8.3 Effects of termination

Upon the effective date of termination, access to the Service is removed. The User is invited to export their data before termination. The Publisher retains data for the periods defined in the Privacy Policy, then proceeds with its deletion.

Article 9 — Modification of the ToS

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes will be notified to the User by email or via a notification in the Service, with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS.

Article 10 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of any other law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance, or termination of these ToS shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud (Switzerland), subject to any mandatory contrary provision of applicable law.

Article 11 — Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire agreement

These ToS, together with the Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Publisher concerning use of the Service.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these ToS is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Non-waiver

The Publisher's failure to enforce any provision of the ToS shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce it at a later time.
